Galvanized Steel Manufacturer | Sheets, Tubes, Coils & Strips
Yanshan Steel is a high-quality manufacturer and global supplier of galvanized steel products. We utilize advanced continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines and electrolytic cells to ensure consistent zinc coating adhesion, uniform thickness, and superior corrosion resistance across sheets, coils, tubes, and slit strips.

Dual Barrier & Sacrificial Defense
Zinc provides an impervious physical barrier and acts as a sacrificial galvanic anode that protects exposed steel even if scratched or pierced.
High Cost-Effectiveness
Minimal maintenance overhead over a 30+ year lifespan provides significantly lower total lifecycle costs than painted bare carbon steel.
Versatile Processability
Easily roll-formed, laser-cut, stamped, and resistance-welded using standard sheet metal tolling equipment.
Immediate Usability
Requires zero on-site curing time, post-painting, or drying; ready for immediate structural assembly upon delivery.
Standardized Mill Quality
Manufactured strictly to ASTM A653, EN 10346, and JIS G3302 standards with certified Mill Test Certificates (MTC).

Galvanized Steel Manufacturing Processes
Operating both thermal hot-dip lines and electrolytic deposition cells to serve diverse customer requirements:
Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process (HDG)
Steel passes continuously through pre-treatment cleaning degreasing tanks, an inert reduction annealing furnace, and submerses directly into molten zinc at 450°C. Air knives control coating thickness precisely, producing tightly bonded metallurgical zinc-iron alloy layers with pure zinc on top.
Electrogalvanizing Process (EG)
Uses electrochemistry to uniformly deposit microscopic zinc ions from an aqueous electrolyte solution onto the surface of cold-rolled steel. Operating at room temperature avoids thermal distortion, creating an ultra-smooth, uniform surface optimal for high-gloss automotive painting.
Applications of Galvanized Steel Across Core Industries
Building & Civil Infrastructure
Galvanized steel’s versatility and durability make it an indispensable structural choice across the construction industry.
Automotive & Transportation
Used extensively in vehicle components requiring high corrosion protection combined with press formability.
